A successful dentist worked with the bank for more than 2 years to get a loan to purchase a property and open a new practice. The banks were saying NO over and over again. Thanks to SBA and its use of pro-forma, our team was able to illustrate pro-forma with her 2 existing practices and make the case that she would be successful with the new CRE and startup practice. With this new success, she would ultimately be able to debt service the new loan. With our help, she was able to successfully purchase an existing medical building, engage a contractor to renovate the interior to her specs, add FF&E and add working capital to launch the new practice.
