A 30-year veteran of the financial industry, Dave Dambro began his career working for a Fortune 500 company in the business credit division. Soon after, he pivoted and became a licensed Florida Real Estate professional at the age of 23, engaging in the development, financing, and sales of commercial and residential real estate as well as investment property. In addition to his consistent passion for real estate, Mr. Dambro also held NASD securities licenses, including Series 7 & 63, and later became a Series 24 securities principal and owner of a national firm engaged in retail, underwriting and trading securities with 72-offices nationwide. Using his experience and knowledge, Mr. Dambro has consulted on capital structuring, public offerings, and private placements for hundreds of diverse companies in the U.S. and abroad. He was directly responsible for underwriting, financing and merger-acquisitions and has taken public and listed many companies for trading on the OTC, NASDAQ, PHIL and AMEX stock exchanges. Later, he formed a private equity firm and became a founding partner of a privately-held hedge fund.
After taking a break from Wall Street to focus more on his investment real estate, Mr. Dambro founded Sunica Development, a real estate development company, and most recently, Professional CRE Solutions, PA, a Florida real estate brokerage corporation and consulting firm. He is the founder and president of ComCapFL, (formerly Professional Financing Solutions), and a branch owner of Commercial Capital Ltd., a “top 500” national commercial mortgage firm. His lifelong passion for developing innovative businesses continues as he shares his extensive experience by providing smart commercial financing solutions to his businesses and commercial real estate investors daily.
Jim Rohr has worked with Commercial Capital Ltd. since the firm was founded over a decade ago. Jim has a diverse background including direct experience in the purchase, rehab, and operation of hundreds of investment properties. He understands that purchasing a commercial property is often a complex decision which revolves around cash flows and return on investment.
Jim earned his CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. After completing an intense educational curriculum including classroom hours, transaction experience and analytical skills and passing the credentialing process he earned the distinguished CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the CCIM Institute, placing him among an elite group of Nationally recognized experts in commercial investment property.
This experience led him on to become a successful real estate investor. Throughout his career in real estate, Mr. Rohr purchased, rehabbed, and sold hundreds of apartments and homes. The path eventually led him into the commercial mortgage business where he brings his depth of understanding of the art of underwriting from both the investor and lender perspectives.
Highlights of Jim’s success include funding apartment buildings for credit challenged investors, church loans, closing loans that had been previously turned down by numerous banks, no-income documentation loans, credit challenged borrowers, bridge loans to keep properties out of foreclosure and construction loans for projects that ran out of money mid-stream.
Jim also has a background in SBA financing and knows his way around the market including which investors will consider what projects. You'll find his expertise is invaluable when working to fund your commercial project.

Brian Peart is Founder and CEO of Commercial Capital, Ltd., a commercial loan brokerage firm with over 40 affiliate branch offices nationally. Currently he is the top producing commercial broker in the country with an average of 6-8 closings every month.
