This client was looking to build a TRU by Hilton hotel on his $4 million worth of undeveloped property. The entire project was estimated at around $20 million in total.
With the borrower providing the land and another million as a deposit, we were able to finance the project using a combination of two loans. In order to cover the entirety of the required funds, we did a $10 million conventional loan first, followed by a second maximum $5 million SBA 504 loan.
