Dave Dambro is the branch owner and lead commercial loan specialist for Commercial Capital Ltd., FL. With his extensive background in finance, securities and real estate, Dave not only helps his clients secure the best financing for their unique commercial loan requirements – he takes an active role in strategizing for their future. He truly believes that when his clients succeed, the firm succeeds – and goes above and beyond to create a trust and open business relationship that is built to last.

A 30-year veteran of the financial industry, Dave Dambro began his career working for a Fortune 500 company in the business credit division. Soon after, he pivoted and became a licensed Florida Real Estate professional at the age of 23, engaging in the development, financing, and sales of commercial and residential real estate as well as investment property.

In addition to his consistent  involvement in real estate, Mr. Dambro also held NASD securities licenses, including Series 7 & 63, and later became a Series 24 securities principal and owner of 72 trading offices nationwide. Using his experience and knowledge, Mr. Dambro has consulted on capital structuring, public offerings, and private placements for hundreds of diverse companies in the U.S. and abroad. He took part in the underwriting, financing, mergers, and acquisitions and is credited with listing multiple companies on the OTC, NASDAQ, PHIL and AMEX stock exchanges. Later on, he formed a private equity firm and became the founding partner of a privately-held hedge fund.

 

After taking a break from Wall Street to focus more on real estate, Mr. Dambro founded Sunica Development, a real estate development company, and most recently created Professional CRE Solutions, a Florida real estate brokerage corporation and consulting firm.

Now, Mr. Dambro’s main focus is on helping investors and small businesses grow and succeed as the  branch owner and lead commercial loan specialist for Commercial Capital Ltd., FL  (a branch of Commercial Capital Ltd., founded by Brian Peart). His lifelong passion for developing innovative businesses continues as he shares his extensive experience consulting and providing smart commercial financing solutions to businesses and commercial real estate investors like you.
