More about Nicole Dambro:

Nicole Dambro began her career in digital marketing, spending over ten years developing brands, producing content, and managing events. She has worked across a variety of industries and mastered every aspect of the marketing process—from building brand guidelines to executing high-level strategies for client engagement and growth.

When she joined her father, Dave Dambro, at ComCapFL, Nicole originally stepped in to refine the firm’s brand and online presence. But to better understand the business, she dove headfirst into the world of commercial lending—getting a crash course in SBA loans, business financing, and commercial investment strategies directly from Dave himself.

That crash course turned into a calling. As Nicole worked more closely with business owners and entrepreneurs, she developed a deep passion for helping clients understand and navigate the SBA loan process. Today, in addition to overseeing the firm’s communications, she plays a direct role in evaluating new loan requests and guiding clients from pre-qualification to funding.

Her ability to bridge clear communication with deep industry knowledge has helped make ComCapFL one of the most trusted and approachable lending teams in the industry. Whether she’s sending out a newsletter or supporting a new applicant, Nicole is committed to helping business owners secure the funding they need to succeed.
