Our Florida branch was founded in 2014 – but our branch owner, Dave Dambro, brings 30 years of experience spanning finance, securities, and real estate to every deal we structure. He’s built a career across corporate credit, securities and capital markets, private equity, and real estate development, and that cross-disciplinary background is exactly what lets him guide clients through complex financing decisions most lenders simply aren’t equipped to navigate. It’s why clients treat us as their secret weapon rather than just another lender.
This is also why we want to be direct about something: we are not brokers. We get paid by the fund, not by you – and the only thing we ever charge a client is a deposit, fully refundable until a commitment letter is issued at the final stage of the process.
