Because our focus is on certainty of execution, you’ll know we’re just as motivated as you are to close your client’s loan. We only issue term sheets we’re confident we can close – which means when you refer a client to us, you’re not handing them off to uncertainty.

Do We Pay Referral Fees?

Yes – we do pay referral fees, and they scale with how involved you want to be. Simply share a contact and hand it off to our team, and that’s one fee structure. Collect documents and follow up with your client on our behalf throughout the process, and that’s a different one. Either way, you’re compensated for the value you bring.

Your Referral Never Expires

We built a sophisticated system that tracks exactly where every lead originally came from. If you refer someone and the loan request doesn’t happen right away, that connection stays in our system. So if that contact reaches out down the line – six months, a year, whenever they’re ready – and closes a loan, you still get a check.
