Jim Rohr has worked with Commercial Capital Ltd. since the firm was founded over a decade ago. Jim has a diverse background including direct experience in the purchase, rehab, and operation of hundreds of investment properties. He understands that purchasing a commercial property is often a complex decision which revolves around cash flows and return on investment.
Jim earned his CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
After completing an intense educational curriculum including classroom hours, transaction experience and analytical skills and passing the credentialing process he earned the distinguished CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the CCIM Institute, placing him among an elite group of Nationally recognized experts in commercial investment property.
This experience led him on to become a successful real estate investor. Throughout his career in real estate, Mr. Rohr purchased, rehabbed, and sold hundreds of apartments and homes. The path eventually led him into the commercial mortgage business where he brings his depth of understanding of the art of underwriting from both the investor and lender perspectives.
Highlights of Jim’s success include funding apartment buildings for credit challenged investors, church loans, closing loans that had been previously turned down by numerous banks, no-income documentation loans, credit challenged borrowers, bridge loans to keep properties out of foreclosure and construction loans for projects that ran out of money mid-stream.
